GEWW ACQUISITION, LLC is an Alternative Investment firm, created in 1999 by Marcus Stokes. The firm invests in Class “A” Medical Office and Apartment Buildings that are distressed assets involving repositioning, special situations, and opportunistic investing. GEWW ACQUISITION is developing a transactional funding platform to take advantage of market opportunities worldwide, and is headquartered in the City of Chicago.
Sourcing
We source assets through our extensive relationships that we cultivated with banks, institutions, hedge funds, servicers and private equity funds prior to the 2009 crash. We are able to acquire assets in large pools or in a “one-off” transaction.
GEWW is developing a transactional funding platform to distribute banking industry asset inventories. We position ourselves to purchase the group of asset (i.e. REO, NPL, CMBS, etc.) from our sources from this shadow inventory, so that, we can stay one step ahead of our competitors who wait for this inventory to hit the market.
